MONI & J uses a Third-Party Logistics company called Aramex for its shipments
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. In the event that your provided information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be declined. This may require you to contact us and / or your bank directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the city, state, and zip code are all correct. If according to delivery service’s records this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
We ship Sunday through Thursday, 9am to 4:30pm Kuwait Time. Your order will be shipped within one business day from when the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Shipments may be delayed up to 15 business days following large sales or promotions.
We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. Email our customer service: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please be aware that once a package leaves Kuwait, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination. We will not be responsible for any package that is lost or stolen during the shipment process that does not have tracking. The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or any damage of these items. For international shipments, please allow up to 45 days for delivery, however the average delivery time is between 6-21 days. Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we cannot guarantee an arrival date.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time so please allow for this when estimating a delivery date. MONI & J is not responsible for these additional costs. Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

Risk of Loss; Product Insurance:
All products purchased from the site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We insure your purchase during its transit until it is delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. To complete the delivery, we require a signature, at which point responsibility for the purchased product(s) passes to you. If the recipient of the product is someone other than you for delivery purposes, you agree that evidence of a signature by such recipient or at such recipient’s delivery address is evidence of a completed delivery by us with responsibility for the purchased product passing to you.
If your parcel is marked as ‘delivered’ by the local postal service, yet you do not physically have your parcel it is up to the customer, not MONI & J to contact the local postal service to inquire about the problem. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, MONI & J is not liable to refund or resend your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
MONI & J reserves the right to refuse the package and / or return to sender should the merchandise not meet these requirements. Please contact your customer service representative if you have any questions.
