Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

First, if you have a need to consider returns and exchanges, you likely ordered a product from us. We would like to thank you. Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy MONI & J customers, and as such, we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, and to make right any setback along the way.

Here are some of the things you need to know before and after buying any MONI & J handbag or accessory.


MONI & J do not process refunds for any reason. Upon verification, your order maybe eligible for Online store Credit or Exchange.

(We do full refund, they have one week & have to handle shipping it in and out)

Returns & Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your handbag or accessory, we’d love to know why and are ready to help you exchange it.

(They have to return it in the same packaging box in the same original good condition)

Available Options: Exchange or Store Credit. All returns and exchanges must meet the following requirements:

-Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.

-Merchandise must be free of make-up, deodorant, or any other stains.

-Merchandise must have all original tags and accessories attached; including the dust bag and detachable strap.

-The package must be postmarked within (30) days of original order date.

Please note:

-Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The exchange shipment cost and custom duties (back and forth) are the responsibility of the customer. You need to choose which product you would like to exchange the purchased item with. The cost difference between the product you wish to exchange and the new one chosen will either be refunded (if the new item is less expensive) or charged to the buyer (if the new item is more expensive).

-Online merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged at any retail store where our merchandise is available. Similarly merchandise purchased from retail stores may not be returned or exchanged online.

-Returns and exchanges are processed within (15) business days.

-You will be notified via email once your return or exchange has processed.

-If you believe you received an incorrect item please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
